Checkmatic offers support for demo users as well as product owners. Product owners receive additional unlimited email support free of charge for 90 days. We do not support:

Your computer
Your network
Your banking problems
Import/Export functions
MICR line problems can be solved by going to E-Action.Net and following the instructions

You also may want to review the Frequently Asked Questions Page. No support is offered for the import/export feature. Only one reissue of your paid registration will be granted in any 12 month period.
