You don't want a salesman trying to answer your questions, you want the users. Support is free of charge during the trial period via email only. Live support via telephone after 90 days from date of purchase is charged at $65.00 per hour. If you want to purchase a live support or training package you can Order one hour of training from our shopping cart at $65.00 per hour


Please note that if you are using Vista you will have problems from time to time with most applications. We have found that if the application is working fine one day and the next time does not work correectly it is not the application unless you have updated the application. First restore your Vista OS to a date that the application worked as it should and this should correct most problems with your applications.

Checkmatic offers support for demo users as well as product owners. Product owners receive additional unlimited email support free of charge for 90 days. We do not support:

  • Your computer
  • Your network
  • Your banking problems
  • Import/Export functions
  • MICR line problems can be solved by going to E-Action.Net and following the instructions

You also may want to review the Frequently Asked Questions Page. No support is offered for the import/export feature. Only one reissue of your paid registration will be granted in any 12 month period.
